|Event Request Process|
USF developed a process for the university community to request use of university facilities and grounds for specific non-routine events. This process is for areas that are not controlled by specific units, such as Athletics, Marshall Center, Sundome, etc. This process is typically used for events such as:
Physical Plant coordinates this process, however it is not the authorizer for the final approval/disapproval.
The Event Request Form can be used by the university community to initiate this process. A manager in Physical Plant will forward this request to other stakeholders and coordinate the responses. The requestor will then be advised of the decision of the group.
