The Facilities Enhancement department's main functions are to manage building renewal and large-scale repair projects for the Tampa campus E&G funded buildings.

Renewal and Large Scale Repair Projects

     The Facilities Enhancement Department provides project management for building renewal and large-scale repair projects such as roof replacements, roadway repairs, landscaping, flooring, painting, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.

New Construction and Renovations

     The construction of new buildings and renovation of buildings are managed by the Division of Facilities Planning and Construction. Questions regarding construction or renovation should be directed to the Division of Facilities Planning & Construction at 974-2625.
